JOB DESCRIPTION: OPERATIONS ADMIN ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of trades including documentation, system inputting, settlements and billing
  • Working with the Head of Operations on multiple operational projects
  • Liaising with counterparties
  • Communicating with clients
  • Assisting relevant teams during periods of high activity¬†

Skills & Experience:

  • Some administrative experience within a corporate environment
  • Good MS Office skills including Word and Excel
  • A methodical and logical approach to problem-solving
  • High attention to detail
  • Good presentational, organisational and project management skills

JOB DESCRIPTION: COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting 1st Level controls, audits and liaising with relevant teams on feedback, further actions and ensuring actions have been completed
  • Maintaining records, collecting data and preparing management reports
  • Contribute to the effective management of Compliance projects and routine reviews
  • Deliver training to staff

Skills & Experience:

  • Some administrative experience within a corporate environment
  • Good MS Office skills including Word and Excel
  • A methodical and logical approach to problem-solving
  • High attention to detail
  • Good presentational, organisational and project management skills
  • A University degree
