General Office Administration including but not limited to;
  • Answering the phone and managing calls, directing where necessary
  • Meeting guests and deliveries
  • Minute taking
Client / Broker Services;
  • Assist with client onboarding and account opening
  • Regular communication with HNW and Ultra HNW individuals by phone and in person at events
  • Manage Cash Transfers
  • Raising invoices
  • Ensure clients’ accounts and documentation is up to date and in order
