JOB DESCRIPTION: EQUITY BROKER ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Stockbrokers
  • Communicating with existing HNW clients
  • Handling client enquiries
  • Supporting Brokers with portfolio valuations and general administrative support
  • Updating clients with corporate news and daily price movements with the guidance of the Brokers
  • Maintaining client accounts and documentation to ensure they’re up to date

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Experience communicating with HNW/UHNW’s in person and over the phone
  • Excellent planning organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and Word
  • Be able to multi – task
  • Attention to detail
  • Interested in developing your career within the Financial Sector

JOB DESCRIPTION: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting areas – Marketing, client onboarding, stockbrokers
  • Communicating with new and existing HNW clients
  • Account Opening
  • Creating spreadsheets
  • Assisting with invoices
  • Keeping client documentation in order

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Confident when communicating with HNW/UHNW’s in person and over the phone
  • Excellent planning organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and Word
  • Be able to multi – task
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous admin experience
